I use to be convinced that every woman has pics of hubby & kids in their wallet or in this age of technology stored in the handphone so I planned a party game for the Reunion dinner based on this fact. But all my gal pals are aberrations or my info bank is faulty. I had free RM100 House of Sundanese vouchers to give away if anyone could show me a pic of their husband..........no one has a pic?.......OK let's have a pic of the kids.........none? Pets? What kind of wife and mother are you all?
Answer: You are all 'strong women' that need no physical reminders of people that are near & dear to your hearts. I am proud of you all. So gal pals we may not write or contact each other for umpteem years but I know we too are kept in a special place in your hearts. I loved catching up with everyone at the Dinner and wished that more gals had come. Let's not wait for another 30 years to meet up!!
Is it the special BBGS atmosphere that keeps its girls looking youthful? I swear every one looks the same as they did at school ( give and take some fine lines & a few white hairs). Everyone looks great and glowing and one can hardly believe the stories of university bound teenagers and working twenty something offsprings.

You are beautiful. You are right. What an observation. I must get my hubby to read this.
I hardly carry photos of the kids or anyone. They are in my heart and head. To the uninitiated, this seems cold and unloving. But all it was, now I understand - I am not alone, it is the STRONG SPIRIT of BBGS Girls.
May we live lives to serve the larger good of humanity, and may His Purpose be manifested through us.

That's what Zaharina & I said. Zaharina told Rachel that her hubbie's picture was in her head & I said mine was in my heart. But Sob... we didn't get the voucher la!!!
